WHITE Collection Sauvignon Blanc is the younger sibling of the SOHO Stella Sauvignon Blanc. Award winning winemaker Dave Clouston has produced a wine with a scintillating personality. Full of youth & vigour exuding a juicy lime & orange zest infusion with a pure & lingering finish. The grape gets its name from the French word sauvage (wild) & blanc (white). We’ve produced the WHITE to make your taste buds go WILD!
WINEMAKERS COMMENTS
Harvested in the early morning to retain fruit purity & varietal character, the resulting juice was fermented at ultra cool temps to increase aromatics. This wine has lifted aromas of lychee & ripe tropical fruit, the palate is fresh & focused with great concentration, length and juicy acidity. Drink now to 2016. Dave Closuton (Winemaker)
