We’ve been tweaking the dessert menu at Rata to find some great flavours to suit this time of year.
Our Gooseberry and wildflower honey pannacotta reminds me of summer foraging.
We’ve also added a pain D’epice, a French cake made with spices and honey, paired with the Aria Riesling.
